A quick guide to using discounts at Damoodmerch, so you know what to add to your cart and how to claim your savings.
This guide explains different types of offers. Examples are illustrative, not live promotions. Always check the specific offer for eligible products, dates, minimum purchases and usage limits.
Discount codes
Add your eligible items to your cart, continue to checkout, enter your code in the discount code field and apply it. Check that the saving appears in your order summary before paying.
Automatic discounts
No code needed. Add the qualifying items to your cart and the offer applies automatically when its requirements are met. Check your order summary before paying.
Percentage-off offers
These take a percentage off eligible products or your eligible order subtotal. For example, 10% off an eligible £30 item saves £3. Product and order discounts do not reduce shipping costs unless a separate shipping offer applies.
Money-off offers
These subtract a fixed amount from eligible items or an order. For example, £5 off an eligible £40 order reduces its product subtotal to £35. Check whether the advertised saving applies per item or once per order.
Buy X, get Y offers
Buy the required number of qualifying items to receive an additional item free or discounted. Add every item to your cart yourself, including the free or discounted item. It is not added automatically.
For example, a buy 2, get 1 free offer requires 3 eligible items in your cart. If the qualifying and reward items come from the same product selection or collection, the lowest-priced eligible item receives the discount. Enter a code if the offer requires one; automatic offers need no code.
Free-shipping offers
These remove eligible shipping charges when the offer's requirements are met. Check any minimum spend, destination or delivery restrictions. A product discount or free item does not automatically mean free shipping.
Minimum purchases and eligible items
Some offers require a minimum spend or item quantity, or apply only to selected products, collections or customers. For product-specific offers, unrelated items might not count towards the requirement. Follow the details advertised with each offer.
Can I combine discounts?
Only offers set up to work together can be combined. Entering another code does not guarantee an extra saving. If eligible discounts cannot combine, checkout selects the best eligible discount or combination for your cart.
Why is my discount not working?
- Check the code for typing errors and extra spaces.
- Check that the offer has started and has not expired.
- Make sure your cart contains the correct eligible products and meets the required spend or quantity.
- For a free-item offer, add the reward item to your cart too.
- Check any customer, destination and usage restrictions.
- If offers cannot combine, try removing another code and review the updated total.
